Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, cross-train across departments, and provide inspirational training to employees. The role leads to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Responsibilities include supervising in all departments, coaching staff, preparing reports, and upholding policies with strong guest service, safety, and cash handling standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular attendance and energetic attitude.
• Provide excellent Guest service and accurate cash handling.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Able to work in a team and independently; follow directions; sense of urgency.
• Ability to train and lead others; resolve conflicts.

Aufgaben

• Follows direction of General Manager and supports staff communication.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitors theatre cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition.
• Ensures dress code compliance and guest service excellence.
• Utilizes Cinemark guidelines and reports Employee relations issues appropriately.
• Identifies safety issues and ensures timely repairs with management.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
