Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, train staff, and ensure policy adherence. The role offers growth toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completion of the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduation preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Work in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observe theatre building, grounds, and equipment conditions.
• Ensure staff follow dress code and provide superior customer service.
• Report employee relations issues per policy.
• Identify safety, security, and maintenance needs and escalate.
