Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, uphold policies, and train staff. This role travels across departments to support operations and guest service, with growth into senior roles through the Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, coaching staff, and ensuring safety and compliance. The position requires flexible hours and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program basics.
• Must be able to obtain local/state required certifications and permits.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's direction.
• Support decisions through staff communication.
• Work across all theatre departments.
• Train and coach Team Members.
• Prepare admin and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre facilities and equipment and report repairs.
