Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre and ensure adherence to policies and standards. This role is cross-trained across departments to support operations and to provide training to all Employees.

The Assistant Manager can advance to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Excellent guest service and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent guest service and communication with staff and guests.
• Proven ability to train and lead others and work in a team environment.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Ensures staff follow Cinemark guidelines and dress code.
• Reports maintenance and safety issues to management.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
