Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre, ensuring policies are followed and standards are met. They are cross trained across departments to support where needed and to provide inspirational training to all employees.

The path includes progression to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Support General Manager and prepare administrative reports.
