Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers support theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies and standards. They are cross trained across departments and coach staff, with potential progression to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Role requires managing multiple departments, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional guest service while adhering to Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program: Foundations, Certifications, MAP Core.
• Complete local health/safety certifications where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for managers who work with alcohol.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular attendance required.
• Energetic, friendly attitude; deliver guest service.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's direction and support staff.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative reports for the GM.
• Inspect theatre facilities and address repairs with GM.
• Ensure dress code compliance and guest experience.
