Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre, ensuring policies are followed and standards are met. You will be cross-trained in all departments to support where needed and to provide inspirational training to all Employees.

The Assistant Manager can progress to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and local certifications when required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Clear English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures theatre policies, procedures and dress code are followed.
• Interacts with Guests to deliver superior service.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness; reports repairs as needed.
