Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support overall theatre operations and uphold policies and standards. This role involves cross-training across departments and delivering inspirational guidance to Employees.

The position offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program prerequisites.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certifications where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for staff handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures team members follow the dress code and provide superior customer service.
• Interacts with Guests to improve service and maintain safety and cleanliness.
