Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre operations. You will be cross trained across all departments, ensure policies are followed, and support the General Manager.

This role focuses on leading training, maintaining guest service standards, and contributing to safety and reporting. Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program is required, with a path to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a High School/G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses within the program.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff communication.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures theatre safety, cleanliness, and proper PPE usage.
• Interacts with Guests to provide superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and Employee Relations Reporting Protocol.
