Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and lead team members across departments. You will help execute policies, train staff, and ensure high guest service standards.

Role progression includes moving toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core) within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains required local/state certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude; excellent Guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in staff communication.
• Works in all departments and theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their tasks.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Observes theatre condition and reports repairs to GM.
• Ensures dress code adherence for Team Members.
• Delivers superior Customer service and guest experiences.
• Ensures safety and uses PPE as required.
• Represents Cinemark policies and standards across shifts.
