Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Completion of basic food handling training and any local/state certifications if required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for roles handling alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operations and uphold policies and standards.
• Support General Manager and train Team Members across departments.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper dress code across the theatre.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and report maintenance and safety concerns to management.
