Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations. You will support the General Manager, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction with strong teamwork and compliance to policies.

The role includes management accreditation progression, cross-training across departments, and opportunities for advancement to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after six months in the program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completed Cinemark Management Accreditation Program (MAP) courses.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure adherence to the dress code and safety policies.
• Provide superior guest service and address guest needs.
• Identify and address safety or security issues in the theatre.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
