Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will be cross trained across departments and play a key role in coaching staff and maintaining standards.

The role offers progression through the Management Accreditation Program, with potential advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after meeting program requirements and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Must complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within an established timeframe.
• Must complete local or state mandated certifications (health card or food handler where required).
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and reports needed repairs.
• Ensures dress code compliance and outstanding guest service.
• Maintains safety and security throughout the theatre and adheres to policies.
