Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead theatre operations. You will be cross trained across departments and support the General Manager in staffing, training, and ensuring excellent guest service.

Role includes managing daily tasks, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to Cinemark guidelines. Growth through the Management Accreditation Program and progression to higher roles is outlined.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to train and lead others and work in a team environment.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions in staff communication.
• Works in all departments and performs theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their duties.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitors safety, cleanliness, and dress code; enforces policies fairly.
• Ensures guests receive superior customer service.
