Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and support the General Manager. You will be cross-trained across departments to ensure smooth daily functions and guest satisfaction.

The role includes coaching Team Members, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with policies while maintaining safety and service excellence. Growth to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager is possible after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basic courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of all theatre departments and support the General Manager.
• Train and coach Team Members in their duties.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observe and report on theatre facilities and equipment conditions.
• Ensure dress code compliance and deliver exceptional guest service.
