Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensuring policy compliance and high standards across all departments.

You will be cross-trained to support every theatre function and drive training for team members, with a clear pathway to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program.
• Ability to communicate in English and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre, parking, landscaping, and equipment conditions.
• Reports building or equipment repairs as needed.
• Ensures staff follow dress code and deliver superior guest service.
• Adheres to Cinemark policies and safety guidelines.
• Manages employee relations reporting and maintains high ethics.
