The role provides a pathway to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. You will train team members, prepare reports, and ensure safety, guest satisfaction, and consistent dress standards while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program or equivalent.
• Effective communication and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Ensures operational standards across departments are met.
• Helps prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and proper dress code for theatre staff.
• Delivers excellent guest service and resolves issues promptly.
