Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre and uphold policies and standards. You will train staff, cover multiple departments, and support the General Manager in daily operations to deliver great guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, cash handling, and flexible hours, with opportunities to advance through the Management Accreditation Program within six months of tenure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program components.
• Food handling training and local or state required certs.
• Alcohol service training for sites serving alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support GM decisions in staff communications.
• Work in all departments and theater job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members.
• Prepare admin and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect theater facilities and equipment and report repairs.
• Enforce dress code and safety protocols.
• Interact with guests to ensure superior service.
• Adhere to Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.
• Lead and train others, resolve conflicts when needed.
