Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and any local/state certifications when required.
• Alcohol service training for relevant roles.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliable schedule.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and guest-focused service.
• Able to communicate with diverse guests and teams.
• Ability to train and lead others and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Follows the General Manager's direction.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communications.
• Works in all departments and across theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspects theatre facilities and equipment; reports repairs.
• Ensures dress code compliance by staff.
• Delivers outstanding guest service and handles needs with urgency.
• Enforces Cinemark policies fairly; adheres to reporting protocols.
• Interacts with guests; maintains high service standards.
