Career progression is available toward Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the accreditation program and gaining experience, with flexible hours including evenings

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures guest service is of high quality and consistent.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Cinemark guidelines.
