The role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program and progression toward Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager. The position requires flexibility, strong guest service skills, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and ready to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager's direction and support decisions
• Work across departments to cover theatre functions
• Train and coach Team Members
• Assist in preparing reports for the General Manager
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies
• Ensure proper dress code and guest service excellence
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct standards
• Resolve conflicts and support a collaborative team environment
