Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, ensuring policies and standards are met and guests receive outstanding service.

You will support all departments, train team members, and progress through Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program toward Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager. This role requires flexible hours, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and customer experience as you contribute to a premier movie-going

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program basic courses.
• Completion of local/state mandated certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their duties.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures team members follow the dress code and deliver customer service.
• Interacts with guests to improve service and satisfaction.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness per Cinemark guidelines.
