• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within the specified timeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and support all departments.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interact with guests to ensure exceptional service and adherence to guidelines.
• Report needs for repairs and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
