Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, ensure policies are followed, and support all departments. You will train staff, prepare reports, and assist in safety, guest service, and maintenance.

This role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. Experience in customer service and the ability to work flexible hours are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete local/state food handling certifications if required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager's directions and support staff.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Work across all theatre departments as needed.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and guest service standards.
