Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager for its theatre in Arlington. This hourly role involves operating and supervising theatre staff, managing concessions, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Alcohol service certification as applicable by state law.
• Proven ability to train, coach and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise unspecified number of employees and manage scheduling and coaching.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment, including maintenance and TMS operation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure safe, efficient theatre operations.
• Control costs and procurement of concessions and cafe stock.
• Market and promote feature film engagements and schedule show times.
