Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise a theatre and its staff, representing Regal in line with our mission and policies. The role emphasizes staff development, policy administration, and hands-on operation of projection and audio-visual systems.

The position requires training staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring safety, while managing daily cash handling, scheduling, and payroll documentation. Full-time, on-site opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising theatre staff or similar team.
• Ability to operate projection and A/V equipment.
• Completion of Regal management certification program or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise non-management staff and train them.
• Schedule interviews, hire, and discipline with GM approval.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and manage safety and loss prevention.
• Count and reconcile daily receipts including cash and cards.
• Oversee concession and café stock purchases and inventory.
