Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and staff, ensuring adherence to policies and delivering guest satisfaction. This hourly role covers supervision, training, and hands-on involvement across all theatre functions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification.
• Leadership potential subject to VP approval.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach non-management staff.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and theatre systems.
• Interview, hire, schedule, coach, and discipline staff under GM oversight.
• Control costs and manage inventory and supplies.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
