Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise a theatre and its staff, representing Regal in line with company mission and policies.

The role includes supervising staff, operating projection/AV equipment, ensuring safety, managing cash receipts, and maintaining guest satisfaction. Training and potential certification programs are required where applicable, with a pay of $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or combination subject to VP approval.
• If duties include selling alcohol, must meet state/local requirements and complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Directs supervision of staff and scheduling under the PM/GM.
• Operates theatre projection and AV equipment and maintains ROM and safety protocols.
• Controls costs, purchases concessions stock, and manages inventory and reporting of receipts.
• Oversees guest satisfaction, policy adherence, and promotional activities for film engagements.
• Ensures compliance with dress code and required certifications.
