Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise the theatre and its employees as an hourly team member. You will represent Regal in accordance with our mission and policies, while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will train and coach staff, supervise scheduling, and oversee cash handling, concessions, and safety protocols. Experience with projection/AV systems, and mandatory beverage training if applicable, are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months supervisory experience or 6 months theater experience with Cast Certification, or equivalent leadership potential approved by management.
• Must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Supervise theatre employees and operations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff; assist with interviewing and scheduling under GM oversight.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and related theatre systems.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold theatre policies.
• Monitor safety, risk management, and loss prevention.
• Count, deposit, and reconcile receipts for daily takings.
• Manage budgeting and purchasing for concessions and café stock.
• Maintain dress code compliance and ROM compliance.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep.
