You will supervise hourly staff, assist with hiring and training, schedule by attendance, manage cash handling and daily reporting, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience in a high-volume theatre, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and software systems.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle cash and balance drawers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hourly staff and model exceptional guest service.
• Assist with hiring, training and staff development.
• Prepare and review payroll and timesheets.
• Schedule staff based on attendance and events.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety procedures.
• Operate theatre equipment and manage incident resolution.
