Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead theatre operations, supervise staff, and drive exceptional guest service. You will train associates, manage daily tasks, and help ensure financial targets are met.

The role reports to the General Manager/Manager and requires strong problem solving and cash handling skills. A flexible schedule, including evenings and holidays, is essential. This is an on-site position at our Collegeville location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Business Management and Marketing preferred.
• Ability to obtain food handling licenses as required by local/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver superior guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervise and motivate hourly theatre associates and schedule staff based on attendance.
• Learn cash handling, deposits, and daily balancing procedures.
