The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience, strong communication, flexible availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, supporting a welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with supervisory experience in a high-volume theatre, cinema, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Ability to obtain food handling licenses as required by local/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop associates while fostering a positive and service-driven environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor maintenance and safety across all areas.
• Operate projection/sound equipment and POS systems; support hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, audits, and PCI regulations; handle guest concerns.
