Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and supervisory experience in high-volume theatre, retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead staff and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Willingness to learn new skills and software systems to meet industry needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly staff and schedule according to attendance and business needs.
• Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, reports, and deposits; monitor payroll tasks.
