Job summary

Cinemark in Milford is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensure policies are followed and support across all departments.

You will train team members, assist in reports, and maintain safety and guest service standards while working under the General Manager. The path includes progression to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating the theatre under GM direction.
• Train and coach team members.
• Prepare reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure policies, dress code, and safety standards are followed.
• Engage guests to provide superior customer service.
