Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, ensure policy adherence, and train teams across departments. This role supports stepping up to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.

You will lead with a strong guest focus, manage scheduling, assist in reports, and uphold safety and service standards. English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (MAP).
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications when required.
• Alcohol service training may be required for managers handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager direction and supports decisions.
• Works in all theatre departments and job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance across the theatre.
