Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in overall theatre operations, ensuring policy adherence and standards are met. You will be cross-trained across departments and help develop staff through training and leadership.

The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager, then Theatre Manager or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Flexible hours and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completes Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complies with local food handling training and certifications where required.
• Management members handling alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent Guest service and communication skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Aufgaben

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and equipment and reports needed repairs.
• Ensures dress code compliance and high customer service standards.
• Maintains safety and security, addressing issues promptly.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
