Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations, uphold policies across all departments, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role offers a clear path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, with emphasis on leadership, training, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses (MAP).
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Supports in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures guest service excellence and proper dress code.
• Interacts with Guests to deliver superior customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark’s guidelines and policies with fairness.
• Reports maintenance and safety concerns to the GM.
