Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and any local/state certification where required.
• Management staff who handle alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the theatre's daily operations across departments.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service is consistently excellent and resolves issues.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines and safety procedures.
