Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, ensure policy adherence, and support all departments. You will be cross-trained to assist where needed and to train staff, with potential progression to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, preparing reports, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Complet es basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.
• Alcohol service training if handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Communicates decisions to staff.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitors theatre facilities and equipment condition.
• Ensures dress code compliance by Team Members.
• Delivers superior customer service and guest experiences.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and reporting protocols.
• Maintains high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Addresses safety or security issues promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
