Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations and uphold standards. You will be cross-trained in all departments, coach staff, and support the General Manager in daily tasks.

The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre/General Manager through the Management Accreditation Program. The position emphasizes guest service, safety, and efficient operations, with a focus on training and developing team members while maintaining compliance with Cinemark

Qualifications

At least 18 years old with high school or GED diploma.
Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
Ability to train and lead others and provide excellent guest service.
Proven cash handling and math accuracy; fluent English.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Follows General Manager direction and supports decisions.
Trains and coaches team members; ensures consistent service.
Participates in reporting and administrative tasks for GM.
Inspects theatre facilities and reports repairs as needed.
Ensures dress code and safety policies are followed; maintains high customer service.
