Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, ensuring policies and standards are met and providing inspirational training to staff. The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and eventually Theatre/General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Ideal candidates will train teams across departments, manage reports, and uphold safety and service standards while maintaining high ethical conduct and strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Management members must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, and equipment; reports repairs.
• Ensures Team Members follow the dress code and deliver superior guest service.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines with fairness and consistency.
• Interacts with guests to improve service and satisfaction.
• Maintains high work ethic and code of conduct among management.
