Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations, ensuring policy adherence and high standards across departments. This role trains staff, supports the General Manager, and participates in reporting and safety procedures to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

The position emphasizes leadership, guest service, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays within a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local/state certifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Assists in administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures theatre areas comply with policies and safety standards.
• Interacts with guests to ensure superior customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and employee relations reporting protocols.
