Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre and uphold policies with cross-trained support across departments.

You will train staff, assist the General Manager, and ensure high standards of guest service while maintaining safety and efficiency across all operations. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams during shifts.
