This role involves flexible hours, supervision of team members, and a path through our Management Accreditation Program toward higher management levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain local certifications.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to train and lead others; strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support decisions.
• Work across departments and train team members in their functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies theatre-wide.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
