Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, support the General Manager, and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role involves cross-training across departments, coaching staff, and contributing to reports and compliance with Cinemark guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining safety standards, and promoting high-quality customer service. This is a full-time, on-site managerial position with growth opportunities through the Management

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completes basic management training within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local certification when required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for managers working with alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to train/lead others.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific roles.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitors theatre facilities and ensures safety standards are met.
• Ensures staff adhere to dress code and provide superior Customer service.
• Maintains effective communication with guests and team members.
• Enforces Cinemark policies and employee relations reporting protocols.
• Identifies safety and security issues and coordinates repairs as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
