Job summary

Cinemark Assistant Managers support theatre operations and ensure policy adherence while delivering superior guest service in a fast-paced environment. They rotate through departments, train staff, and assist in reporting and administrative tasks.

The role offers a clear path to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and a minimum six-month tenure. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED diploma preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service and English communication skills.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follows direction of the General Manager and supports staff decisions.
• Works in all departments and performs theatre job functions as needed.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Monitors safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Cinemark guidelines.
• Ensures proper dress code and professional appearance.
• Delivers excellent guest service and resolves issues quickly.
