Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, train staff, and ensure excellent guest service. The role involves cross-training across departments and supporting the General Manager with daily operations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, complete the Management Accreditation Program, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This is a hands-on leadership position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must maintain regular attendance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager’s direction and support staff communication.
• Work in all theatre departments and lead team members.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and property condition of theatre.
