Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and cashier is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office POS, handle cash and cards accurately and process tickets.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and upsell Premium Viewing options.
• Manage concession POS, stock and cleanliness; ensure food-safety compliance.
• Assist usher duties: ticket tearing, seating guidance, and safety compliance.
