Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support guest experiences across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will be trained to handle tickets, manage cash, and assist guests with seating while upholding the theatre's service standards.

Roles are varied, with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours based on theatre needs. Team members must maintain hygiene, safety, and professional appearance in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and handling transactions.
• Completion of cast certification or progress toward it required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance; perform opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Operate POS system with accuracy for tickets and concessions.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Promote MPAA rating compliance and guest service philosophy.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums and assist with seating as needed.
• Inspect backpacks when applicable and maintain theatre safety.
