Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. The team ensures guests receive exceptional service, with duties including ticketing, concessions, crowd management, and opening/closing tasks as assigned.

Positions may be variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly, requiring regular attendance and adherence to dress code and safety procedures. Training on harassment and discrimination is provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving, complete any legally required state/local training and obtain the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards and tickets; ensure accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Promote compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies; respond to guest questions.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons to auditoriums, and manage concession/usher duties as assigned.
• Read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination; maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
